With a deep exploration of personalities at odds, clashing frames of reference, and a shared love interest, and the subtextual corrupt rule of the Wizard of Oz threatening the world, everybody and anybody is bound to get drawn into the captivating storyline, incredible and almost inexplicable visual effects, nuanced and interesting characters, and, of course, composer Stephen Schwartz’s incredible score.
