Neisha's Dance & Music Academy is bringing its show Night at the Movies to the San Diego Civic Theatre. This is a great opportunity to come watch some of the best up-and-coming talent in the region perform dance and musical numbers with a hint of movie magic! This particular showcase will feature a drive-in movie theme. Maybe Danny Zuko will make an appearance on Sunday, May 25th.
Members of the academy, young and old, will dress to the nines and take the stage. It promises to be one of the most compelling shows that Neisha's Dance & Music Academy has ever produced. You don't need to be a friend or family member of anyone who is in the show to enjoy the evening. Neisha's Dance & Music Academy is perhaps best known for being the birthplace of the Chula Vista Ballet. This company puts on traditional ballet showcases, with classics like the Nutcracker gracing the stages of some of the best venues in Southern California. However, the academy is more than just a ballet studio. They teach piano, guitar, and other musical instrument classes. While also providing a home for dancers who are looking to learn a wide variety of styles. Night at the Movies will not be your typical ballet show, although that doesn't mean that you won't see Tutus taking the stage!
You can't be a Broadway star without having your start somewhere. This is something that they know all too well at Neisha's. That actually plays to the benefit of the audience who want to come out and see this Night at the Movies showcase on Sunday, May 25th.
